Harold Willey Lee (1907-), PhD, was a Stanford and Brigham Young University graduate who was the former BYU department chairman of modern and classical languages. He also served as a mission president in France and as a patriarch in Provo. Harold Willey Lee was born 13 October 1907 in Cardston, Canada.
